Sunday Majors, Life, etc.
Yesterday I woke up ready to win the 5200 WCOOP Main Event, and the FTP 500.. I busted in the 4th hour of the WCOOP Main after not being able to get much going.. and I went deep in the ftp 500 but busted when I shoved 15 bbs on the button with 5s, only to be snapped called by the sbs 66. This week I am going to play 100 6 max sngs at 109 level +.. I think Im finally done with tourneys for the most part because if you look at my volume in the last few weeks, its probably the lowest its been in a long time. The Doylesroom tourney is next Saturday and Ill probably play that… You probably wont see me in too many tourneys anymore, im going to focus on higher stakes sngs and maybe the occasional cash games. Ill still be around for the Sunday Majors, and the occasional weekly donkament. I just can’t deal with how stressed I get after a few days of MTTs… If I keep at the pace I am now im going to have a heart attack at 30. I change my mind all the time though so we’ll see:) Best of luck at the tables.

hey suited,i was watching the 5200 wcoop and ran across you,though i havent watched you play,i was watchin bax ajk and quite a few others.i was a little short on the buy in by 5195 ha ha ha ha ha, anyway i wanted to comment on your current position i think you need to go water your plants,or go fishing, anything but poker or related to poker,take a break,whatever intrest you have,your thinking to much i know we poker players have very analytical minds always trying to figure different situations out.take a break,meantime ill add you to my tracking list,i drive a big truck so im gone alot though i do play from my truck on my laptop when i have the time,

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

I don’t believe that there are any clear cut guidelines. I would search around and look at some blogs on blogger.com and wordpress.com and then base it on the ones you like and don’t like, it is your content, you are able to make the rules any way you would like.

I maintain 1 copy of each of my stories because I need to know which journal has rejected or accepted each story. What you’re actually selling is Very first British Copyright. The story belongs to you, although here I would recommend that promoting the same story to various magazines is a small impolite in that each magazine wants to be individual and various. Imagine the disappointment of an editor to discover that competing magazines have the exact same story.

My advice is take any unsolicited advice having a grain of salt. If you have not ask for advice from someone pay no attention to it. Even if it’s someone you love really much and they suggestions you about something that make you feel poor, tell them how it makes you feel and why. Should you ask someone for advice and also you don’t like points they advised, you’ll just need to consider it and do with it what you want. Except it or let it go. It’s usually your call what to do with anyones suggestions. Most people don’t mean to hurt your feelings. They truly think what they are telling you is inside your best interest. Just think it like that and do that which you would do anyway regardless of the things say.
